Our Providers
At Uptown Community Health Center, our team includes experienced doctors, nurse practitioners, and other skilled professionals who bring a wide range of expertise to care for you and your family.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike, we are held to higher standards for quality and accountability than many other healthcare organizations. This means our providers are not only well-trained, but also focused on delivering the very best care to every patient, every time.
We believe great care is about more than just treatment. That’s why we focus on continuity of care—making sure you see a familiar provider who knows your health history and works closely with the rest of our team. This helps prevent gaps, mix-ups, or repeated tests and makes your care smoother, safer, and more personal
Our goal is simple: to give you high-quality, compassionate care and a positive experience every time you visit.
Our Residents
Preparing tomorrow’s doctors to care for every patient with skill and compassion.
At Uptown Community Health Center, we’re proud to be a training home for future physicians. Each June, a new group of resident doctors joins our team through the Saint Joseph Hospital Graduate Medical Education (GME) program—the oldest teaching hospital program in Colorado.
These residents see patients here in our clinics and at Saint Joseph Hospital, learning side-by-side with experienced doctors. Their training focuses on compassionate, whole-person care, with a special commitment to serving vulnerable and underserved members of our community.
By caring for patients while they learn, our residents help ensure that every patient receives high-quality, thoughtful care today—and for generations to come.
