Uptown Community Health Center provides quality care for every stage of life, from babies to older adults. We offer a wide range of services and follow high standards to make sure you and your family get the best care possible. We welcome everyone, whether you have Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, or need help with costs, so that no one is turned away.
Mission
Rooted in the tradition of the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth, Uptown Community Health Center reveals and fosters God’s healing love by improving the health of our community and providing care that respects the dignity of each person. We teach tomorrow’s physicians and healthcare professionals to provide excellent medical care with compassion and kindness.
